Cove Moorage Boat Slip Lease

There are a limited number of slips available for annual lease.

Slip assignments occur in the Spring. Your requests are accepted anytime and added to our wait list which is refreshed each year.

One year lease commitment required.

Details:

Rental Period:
  • No monthly or quarterly rentals
  • Annual leases only
  • Rental period is April 1st – March 31st
Fees:
  • $3,300 annual lease (paid in advance)
  • $200 security deposit
  • Total due at signing – $3,500
Privileges – Slip renters have use of:
  • 12 Month deep water moorage (April 1st – March 31st)
  • Boat launch ramp (lake levels permitting)
  • Bathroom and showers
  • Swimming and outdoor areas
  • Parking (short term)
Access Restrictions:
  • Boat slip lessees DO NOT have clubhouse access. (except bathrooms)
  • No subletting, loaning or vacation rentals of rented slips allowed.
  • Only registered boats allowed in leased slips. 
Rules and Regulations:
  • Renters must adhere to all applicable rules and regulations as owners.
