Cove Moorage Boat Slip Rental

There are a limited number of rental slips available.

Slip assignments occur in the Spring. Your requests are accepted anytime and added to our wait list which is refreshed each year.

NO SHORT-TERM RENTALS
One year commitment required.

Details:

Rental Period:
  • No monthly or quarterly rentals
  • Annual rentals only
  • Rental period is April 1st – March 31st
Fees:
  • $3,300 annual license (paid in advance)
  • $200 security deposit (includes gate remote)
  • Total due at signing – $3,500
Privileges – Slip renters have use of:
  • 12 Month deep water moorage (April 1st – March 31st)
  • Boat launch ramp (lake levels permitting)
  • Bathroom and showers
  • Swimming and outdoor areas
  • Parking (short term)
Access Restrictions:
  • Boat slip renters DO NOT have clubhouse access. (except bathrooms)
  • No subletting, loaning or vacation rentals of rented slips allowed.
  • Only registered boats allowed in rented slips. 
Rules and Regulations:
  • Renters must adhere to all applicable rules and regulations as owners.
