The Cove Estates Moorage Owners’ Association (CEMOA) is the umbrella organization for three home owner associations. The Cove Lakeside Condominium Association, Cove Heights Condominium Association and Cove Overlook Park Association are independent organizations but in unison form the CEMOA. Membership in any of these three HOAs conveys membership in the Moorage Association.
